Production: This cognac is a blend of 25-35 year old cognacs. During the first few years, this cognac matured in new, medium-toasted oak barrels (350 liters). Later our cellar master used used cognac barrels (350 liters).
Bouquet: Fine pastry notes, which are accompanied by raisins, honey, vanilla, apricots and fresh tobacco notes. Pleasant floral notes of roses and jasmine are also pleasant.
Taste: On the palate, this cognac is extremely soft and rich. Woody oak aromas combine with a nice flavor of pepper, nutmeg, curry and ginger. These aromas develop into fruity hints of pineapple, dried bananas, lemon jam, persimmons, as well as almonds and coconuts.
