The commitment to organic viticulture is based on a deep connection with the region – the Palatinate has been the home of the Pfaffmann family since the estate was founded in 1616. This love for the region and the wine feeds our desire to work sustainably and in harmony with the flora and fauna and to produce first-class organic wine that every wine lover can enjoy without reservation. Because only healthy soil produces really good wine.
Grapes
With a lot of experience we combine the best grape varieties and optimal soils – this is how our wines express the characteristic note of their location.
Maturation of wine
Our organic wines mature naturally without additives in barrels to fully reveal their flavor and aroma.
Bouquet and aroma
We present a variety of wines: from Riesling, which conjures up aromas of citrus and mango, to Pinot Noir, which has aromas of wild berries, chocolate and vanilla. The wines go well with appetizers, main courses, as well as cheese and fruits.
