Company is proud on being a grain to glass distillery. This means all operations are made on-site from growing own grain to distilling, maturing, blending and bottling; hence “grain to glass.”

BARLEY
The barley used for whiskey is either grown on the family farm or supplied by local farmers, the majority within a 15km radius. 100% of our local barley growers are IGAS certified (Irish Grain Assurance Scheme), which helps to ensure traceability.
Maturation
Company hand selects our casks worldwide, using ex Bourbon, Port, Sherry, Cognac, Rum and red wine. Casks are filled with new make spirits, after which it is matured and finished at Atlantic Ocean warehouse. The salt laden air provides a unique environment to mature the finest of whiskeys.
Bouquet and aroma
Cognac Cask Finish. A vatting of whiskey finished in one 1st fill Cognac Cask and two 2nd fill Cognac Casks, with a finishing maturation of over 19 months. Whiskey nose is sweet with coconut, chocolate and cracked hazelnuts. It tastes luscious honeydew melon, freshly cut hay and toffee. The finish reminds of rich wood spice, toffee and caramel.
