We have combined Argentine winemaking traditions with modern production methods and within 30 years have created a winery, cultivated according to guidelines of organic viticulture – and all this in optimal climatic conditions and far from big cities and their air pollution.

Grapes
Only fully ripened grapes are used for the production of our high class wines.
In addition to the common grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, we also grow less common grape varieties such as Auxerrois or Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains.

Maturation of wine
The white wines ferment cool in stainless steel tanks and remain on their lees until bottling. The red wines are traditionally fermented open on the mash and then partially matured in large oak barrels. After bottling, we give the red wines enough time to develop undisturbed.
Bouquet and aroma
We offer a wide range of wines: from Dornfelder, which evokes aromas of sour cherries, currants and blackberries, to Malbec, which has aromas of plums, blueberries, spices, tobacco. The wines go well with appetizers, main courses, desserts and also cheeses of all kind
