1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with DESTCO & Co OHG.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the information provided in the order process and use the explained proofing tools. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order has been sent.
When the contract with us comes about depends on the payment method you have chosen:
Invoice (possible from the second order)
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days. You pay the invoice amount after receipt of the goods and the invoice by transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only to existing customers.
Payment in advance
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email within two days, in which we give you our bank details.
Stripe, credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa)
When paying by credit card, payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe, 8th St STE 100, San Francisco, CA 94110-2043, USA, to whom we send the information about your order, including name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount Pass on currency and transaction number. Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of processing payments with the payment service provider Stripe Ltd. PayPal, PayPal Express, SEPA direct debit
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible over the Internet.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
5. Payment

Payment in advance
If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
The statutory right to liability for defects applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Protection of minors
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer only hands over the goods after the age check and only to the customer personally.
