This specialty from the Schwarzwald is a real rarity. Only cherries from wild trees may be used here. These mostly pea-sized fruits have an unusually pronounced and delicate cherry aroma. Since the small, sweet cherry has little flesh but a large core, a beautiful almond tone is created during the distillation. After maturing, the high-quality premium brandies are in our cellars for 5 years.
