Ideal with: This Pineau is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif with local charcuterie, a melon and ham clafoutis. To be discovered with a spicy, salty-sweet Asian dish or even for dessert with a cup of strawberries with sugar, a chocolate praline.
Winemaking: The black grape must is mutated with our Cognac d’Oléron. It is then aged in wood for 18 months.
Maturation: The aging period is 18 months minimum.
Colour: Pineau Rouge is adorned with a ruby red color with copper highlights.
