L’Art en Cave combines the work of a contemporary artist with an exceptional cuvée. Bocaj depicts the plastic beauty of the female body in his intensely colored acrylic paintings.
This cuvée is made from the three typical grape varieties of Languedoc, Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. It is a great, elegant, mineral wine with a wonderful freshness.
The nose is strong of licorice and licorice pastilles and has great depth. The palate is full-bodied, silky, long and delicate with melted tannins and develops flavors of black fruits and tapenade.
