Tasting notes: The Chablis of Thomas Labille reveals a pale color with bright highlights. The bouquet is lively and fruity, with mineral notes. Powerful, supple and full on the palate with a pleasant acidity on the finish.
Pairing: This wine can accompany a whole mcal, it is just as good on a salad, a fish, a poultry or white meat as it is on a goat cheese.
