Fully ripe Williams pears are distilled for this brandy. In order to produce the fine brandy, we let it mature for three years. This creates a particularly mild aroma.

Characteristics: Fine and fruity Williams pear aroma comes into its own here. Ideal as a digestif and to enjoy in a cozy atmosphere. Or for dessert, for example pickled pears with ice cream!
