Vinification: Sustainable farming. Picking at perfect maturity. Double sorting of the berries. Traditional winemaking in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Long maceration for a month at 32°C. Final maceration at 36° for a week after the alcoholic fermentation. Ageing in tanks.
Tasting notes: Château Les Alberts presents a deep red color and a subtle bouquet of delicate ripe red fruit (redcurrant, cherry and strawberry). The palate is well-blended and elegant, surrounded by powerful but smooth tannins.
Pairing: Château Les Alberts will accompany well in its youth spicy dishes, game and grilled meat. In a few years, it will be perfect with roasted poultry or a veal chop and mushroom sauce.
Serving temperature: Serve between 16° and 18°C.
