Vinification: Traditional in stainless tank.
Tasting notes: Deep and bright ruby red color. The nose has red fruits notes and is lightly spiced. In mouth, the tannins are round and supple.
Pairing: It is wonderful with a roasted red meat, an aged Comté or with more exotic dishes.
Serving temperature: Serve at 17°C.
