This exquisite Single Malt Irish Whiskey is inspired by the iconic Galley Head Lighthouse which stands guard over our warehouses at the edge of the Atlantic ocean.
Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, the Galley Head is then finished in our Atlantic Ocean Warehouse, in Bordeaux red wine casks as well as shaved and re-toasted wine barrels.

Nose: hints of cocoa and rich red fruits.
Palate: red berries, rich dark chocolate and liqourice.
Finish: a long finish with rich spice and smooth dark chocolate.
