This brandy is mainly distilled from the famous Bühler plums, the main regional cultivation variety. In order to produce the fine brandy, we let it mature for three years. This time to ripeness manifests itself in a fine almond aroma.

Characteristic: Particularly strong aroma, as it is made from fully ripe Bühler plums. Ideal as a digestif, also a shot in the plum jam.
