Zibarte is a specialty and rarity from the Schwarzwald. It is a wild plum. On the one hand rarely planted and on the other hand a very low yield due to the small fruits. It is not harvested until the end of October, beginning of November. After distilling, the high-quality premium brandies mature in our cellars for 5 years.
In the vernacular, the brandy, the Zibartenwasser, is affectionately known here as “Zibärtl”.

Characteristic: Intense in fragrance and aroma of plum with a hint of almond.
