The mirabelle plum, also known as the yellow plum, is a related fruit of the plum.
This brandy is distilled from the fully ripe, sun-drenched mirabelle plums. In order to produce the fine brandy, we let it mature for three years. This time to ripen creates a very mild aroma.

Characteristics: Fine and mild fruit aroma. Ideal as a digestif and in good company.
