The Kirschwasser is one of the Schwarzwald’s most impressive ambassadors. Made from selected Schwarzwald cherries. In order to produce the fine brandy, we let it mature for three years. The maturity of the kirsch gives it its mild aroma.

Characteristic: Mild, intense cherry aroma, delicately fruity. Ideal as a digestif, also to refine baked goods, especially the Schwarzwald cake. And also for desserts, such as a shot in the fruit salad.
