Vinification: The vineyard has always kept the traditional planting densities. Guyot double pruning – Tilling of the soil every two rows – Large area of foliage. Late harvests and successive pickings of grapes issued from a fine selection of noble-rot berry. Direct pressing with low temperature fermentation followed by barrel ageing.
Tasting notes: Wine with a beautiful limpid and intense golden yellow color, Château Le Chrisly reveals a nose of yellow fruits. Well-balanced, pleasant and elegant wine in the end note.
Pairing: Château Le Chrisly will be ideal with an Hawaian salad, seared or semi-cooked foie gras or even nuts cakes.
Serving temperature: Serve between 9° and 10°C.
