Maturation: In vats for 12 months.
Wine Tasting: Shiny dark robe, Powerful nose of red and black fruits. Spicy, round and full-bodied in the mouth with roasted aromas with soft and supple tannins.
Wine Pairing: Best served with barbecues, red meat, lamb leg and cheeses.
