Tasting Notes: Beautiful pale yellow color, with aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and flint. On the palate, after a fresh and mineral attack, exotic fruit flavors such as pineapple and mango bring roundness and richness.
Food pairing: Serve at 10°C as an aperitif, with sauced or grilled fish, shellfish, and white meats in sauce.
