Vinification: Traditional in stainless tank.
Tasting notes: Dark sherry, brilliant colour. Aromatic nose of ripen fruits and wet wood aromas. Intense aromas of raspberry and blueberry in mouth, as well as peppery notes. Very round and soft tanins.
Pairing: This wine goes perfectly well with a duck breast with plums sauce and potatoes. Ideal with chocolate cake.
