Vinification: This rosé is produced using a grape harvesting machine. It is harvested in cool weather to preserve its pink colour. It is vinified in temperature-controlled vats to enhance its fruity expression. Fermentation is blocked to preserve its sweetness and lightness.
Tasting notes: Appearance : Intense pink colour. Nose : Red fruits, strawberry, candy. Palate : Very smooth with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with notes of red fruit.
Pairing: Aperitifs, salads, cold cuts, barbecues, spicy dishes, desserts and any occasion for sharing.
Serving temperature: Serve between 6° and 8°C.
