Tasting notes: Very fizzy with a white and persistent froth. Old golden yellow colour with bright reflections.
The first nose is strong and elegant with aromas of citrus fruits and stewed fruits. When mixed, hints of apricot and grilled almonds. The finale, a hint of conifer.
Lively mouth attack. Balanced body with hints of flowers and honey. A long length in the mouth.
Ideal with: A connoisseur’s Champagne, suitable for the aperitif with high quality dishes… To be savoured.
Maturation: It has aged for 6-7 years in our cellars giving it very developed aromas.
