Tasting notes: When served, has an abundant froth and a large and creamy cordon. A lightly golden honey yellow colour.
A delicate and intense first nose with aromas of soft and dried fruits. When aired it develops hints of orange blossom with a pinch of green pepper.
An intense and perfumed mouth, a distinct and wise dosage and a refreshing finale.
Ideal with: A connoisseur’s Champagne suitable for the aperitif, with game, poultry and stewed white meats.
Maturation: This vintage has aged for about 6-7 years in our cellars.
