Vinification: Soft pressing of the bunches. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, to preserve the aromatics of the fruit. Bottled early to keep all its freshness.
Tasting Notes: A straw appearance. Very intense aromas, which range from country hay, floral, tropical fruit and spice. Medium body wine. The freshness and minerality enhance fragrant notes of ripe white fruit such as pear and quince.
Food pairing: Grilled dishes, red meats, game, leg of lamb and cheeses.
