Production: This beautiful whiskey was stored exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels for 10 years.
Bouquet: a complex and rounded nose. Notes of baked pie crust, sweet vanilla fondant and pears. In addition to delicate notes of rose petals, heather and a deep earthy aroma, there is a slight nuttiness.
Palate: On the palate, viscous, supple and hearty. Warm pastries, vanilla, oak and earthy aromas characterize this wonderful single malt.
Finish: Long and dry. Oak makes room for roasted green apples, which then linger on the palate.
