“Nestville” Single Barrel (43%) is a special release, issued in a limited edition of approximately 400 bottles, each bottled from a single barrel. Each bottle is original and has a unique handwritten serial number; the label contains information about the barrel number in which the whisky was aged and the bottling date. Single Barrel is bottled by hand only after opening a single white oak barrel in which the distillate has matured for at least six years. As a result, it acquires a richer colour and a mature, distinct flavour. Each barrel imparts a unique flavor and aroma to the whiskey. Whiskey barrels are selected individually to achieve an exceptional and rich taste. “Nestville” Single Barrel, with an alcohol content of 43%, is very popular and in demand due to its unique character. The uniqueness of this edition lies in its taste and aging period. Each edition may have a different taste and aroma profile depending on the barrel in which it was aged and the length of the maturation period.
“Nestville” Single Barrel (43%) is selected from archival stocks that mature in the company’s warehouses for six to eight years, depending on the specific barrel. “Nestville” Single Barrel (43%) has won a silver medal at the “Global World Whisky Masters, 2023”.
