This Bourbon cask release from Achill Island Distillers is a sweet and smooth Single Malt with an abundance of flavour. Gentle floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel. A sweet Malt character with toffee, caramel & almond notes.
Medium to long finish with a distinct creamy mouth feel.
Bottled at 44%.

Finish Cinnamon and red fruits continue with spicy oak, roasted malt, and a creamy finish.
Aromas (without water) Dark berries and forest fruits, gently floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel.
Flavour Sultanas and soft summer fruits with raspberry tang and juicy strawberry and gentle vanilla chai spice.
