Achill Island Single Malt Bordeaux cask is triple distilled in copper pot stills & matured on Achill Island in first fill Kentucky bourbon barrels & finished in Bordeaux red wine casks.

The Bordeaux cask finish adds beautiful flavous to this Achill Island Single Malt. Sultanas and soft summer fruits with raspberry tang and juicy strawberry as well as some gentle vanilla chai spice.On the nose there is gentle floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel.
The Cinnamon and red fruit notes continue and is this is balanced with a medium to long creamy finish.
