Production / Storage: The PLANTATION 3 Stars is a blend of unstored Barbados rums, 2-3 year old rums from Trinidad (these matured in special barrels with toasting, but which do not give off any color to the rum), unstored Jamaica rums, as well a small portion of 10 year old Jamaica rums. All rums have been carefully filtered.
This white rum perfectly combines the typical characteristics of the 3 rum-producing stars of the Caribbean.

Bouquet: delicate notes of tropical fruits with hints of brown sugar, coffee beans, honey, cocoa beans and cloves.
Palate: Very balanced and spicy, but also aromas of biscuits, dark chocolate, vanilla and marshmallows. Full-bodied and aromatic. Sugar cane and vanilla in the finish. A white rum with character. Excellent for cocktails.
