Production / Storage: This VSOP is a blend of more than 20 different eaux-de-vie. These had previously been in Gascogne oak barrels for 6 to 12 years in order to ensure particularly fine maturation. The Armagnac was distilled once.
Bouquet: A very rich bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, plums, vanilla, pastries and citrus.
Palate: Ripe fruits, such as plums, as well as notes of pastry and vanilla characterize the sweet, delicate taste. The finish is very long.
Comment: Enjoy this VSOP as a digestif or aperitif, or together with a light coffee.
