Aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels and 8 months in bottles.
Color: Intense ruby red with smooth brick tones.
Aroma: Ripe red fruits, cassis, tobacco and fine toasted wood.
Palate: Complex and concentrated, flavorful and juicy. Very well integrated wood notes. The tannins are mature, a very good structure and powerful with a long finish.
Food pairing: Red meats and blue cheeses.
Origin: Viñedos Puertas own grapes from various zones of the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Petit Verdot and 12% Cabernet Franc
