Aroma: Ripe red fruits, spices, rosemary, and cassis. With pleasant toasted and floral notes, subtle vanilla, and a well-integrated balance of fruit and oak.
Palate: Spicy, complex, and well-balanced. Its tannins are round and smooth. It has a pleasant body and an excellent finish.
Food pairing: Aged cheeses and white meats.
Origin: Vineyards located in Sagrada Familia (Fundo el Culenar), Curicó Valley—between the mountain ranges.
Variety: 40% Grenache, 35% Sangiovese, and 25% Mourvèdre.
