Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels and six months in bottle.
Color: Intense ruby red with a lighter rim.
Aroma: Very complex with fine toast, lots of red ripе, fruits, spices, vanilla and chocolate notes.
Palate: Elegant and balanced. Fine wood and red fruits blending nicely. The tannins are soft and mature. With a fine and balanced palate.
Food pairing: Red meats, wildfowl and mature cheeses.
Origin: The grapes originate from our own vineyards located in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 80% Carmenére, 5% Merlot, 5% Syrah, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc
