Aging: 18 months in french oak barrels, 8 months in bottle.
Color: Dark rubyred very intense and subde tile tones. Of great complexity, with good wood roasted red fruits, spices, notes pepers, cassis and chocolate.

Palate: Elegant, balances and complex. Fruits red very well along with fine wood, blending wonderfully, with its vanilla and chocolate. It has a round, ripe and silky structure. The palate is long, nice and balanced.
Food pairing: Red meat, wildfowl and mature cheesee.
