Vinification: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle ageing prior to release.
Color: Bright ruby red with vibrant crimson highlights.
Aroma: Ripe red fruit aromas of cherry and plum, layered with subtle notes of leather, toasted oak and sweet spice.
Palate: Rich, juicy and well-structured. Flavours of ripe red fruits are complemented by hints of vanilla, chocolate and fine oak. Smooth, mature tannins deliver an elegant, powerful palate with a long and persistent finish.
Food pairing: Perfect with grilled red meats, lamb, and aged cheeses.
Origin: Selected vineyards from different sub-valleys of the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Carmenére and 10% Petit Verdot.
