Aging: 12 months in French oak wood.
Color: Dark ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: Ripe berries, with notes of raisins and cassis. Notes of smoke, toast and damp earth, together with pleasant floral and vanilla aromas. There is good integration between the fruit and the oak.
Flavor: Concentrated, ripe, spicy, toasty, complex and well-balanced. Smooth, round tannins. With a pleasant long finish.
Food pairing: Any kind of pasta and grilled meats.
