Aroma: Very ripe and intense red fruits with notes of leather, chocolate, mint, spices, vanilla, and an excellent integration of fruit and oak.
Palate: Dense, ripe, structured, with complex toasted notes. The fruit intertwines with elegant oak, giving it great balance. Ripe, round tannins and good body.
Food pairing: Grilled red meats or meats served with sauces, lamb, and game birds.
