Aroma: Intense, very ripe red fruit with notes of leather, chocolate, mint, spices and vanilla; excellent integration between the fruit and the oak.
Palate: Full-bodied, ripe, well-structured and very complex, with notes of toast. The fruit intermingles with elegant wood, making this a very well-balanced wine. The tannins are ripe, full and rounded. The finish is intense and long.
Food pairing: Red meat, grilled or served with a sauce, pairing spit-roast lamb and game birds.
