Palate: Highly concentrated, ripe, rich, broad, friendly and full-bodied. The fruit and wood marry perfectly, giving this wine great balance. The tannins are ripe and tense, with rich hardness and apleasant finish.
Food pairing: Spit-roast lamb and grilled red meat.
