Winemaking: the fermentation occurs using selected yeasts at the temperature of at 27/28 °C with maceration of ripe and destemmed grapes within 12 to 14 days.
Maturation: in steel barrels for 30 days, ageing in oak barrels for 14 months.
Colour: intense red with a tonality of red ink.
