The diversity of soils in our vineyard in integrated production allows us to create unique and memorable wines. After manual harvesting and a gentle foot treading in marble mills, this limited production aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The result was a unique wine, which will remain in our memory for its excellence and great finesse and which manages to show the full potential of the Alicante Bouschet variety balanced by the freshness of Tinta Miúda. More than a wine, this is our identity and passion. Very exclusive and family edition, limited to 3300 numbered bottles.

Aroma: Very complex aroma, notes of red fruit jam, aniseed and spices.
Taste: In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.
Pairing: Pairs with Wagyu beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, codfish or grilled meats.
Maturing: After destemming, the grapes go to marble presses where the alcoholic fermentation takes place and the traditional foot treading is done followed by aging for 18 months in second year French oak barrels.
