Vintage: 2026 Red wine dry
Aging: 6 months in oak barrels (70% American / 30% French, first use)
Color: A concentrated yet fresh red
Bouquet: aromas of red fruits (raspberries, cherries)combined with a mineral slate tone, balsamic notes and bay leaves typical of the Atlantic.
Palate: On the palate it is elegant, with fine tannins and a polished texture; oak is seamlessly integrated and gives structure and depth without dominating. The finish is persistent and hearty, with a persistent mineral echo and excellent aging potential.
Recommended food: Veal steak with rosemary and baked vegetables. This combination underlines the noble character of the wine and its aging in the oak.
