Tasting notes: Château Tastin presents a deep crimson color with purple highlights. It reveals an expressive and intense bouquet of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is well-structured, surrounded by silky tannins, and lingering on a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing: Château Tastin will pair well with stewed game, spicy dishes and grilled red meats in sauce. It will reach its best in a few more years.
Serving temperature: Serve around 17° and after one hour in a decanter before service.
