Tasting notes: With its deep colour and purple hues, Château Larose Gachet has an aromatic nose of ripe fruit. The palate is supple, combining aromas of red fruits and chocolate notes, and evolves towards a finish with melted tannins.
Pairing: Château Larose Gachet will be ideal with a Tournedos Rossini, a rack of lamb, a grilled poultry or matured cheeses.
Serving temperature: Serve between 16° and 18°C after being decanted for a few hours.
