Aging: 40% of the wine was aged for 9 months in medium and medium-aged French and American oak barrels – plus the degree of roasting. The remaining 60% was stored in stainless steel tanks to obtain fruit notes.

Tasting notes: the appearance of the wine is characterized by a rich red color. Floral aromas of violets and roses are combined with mineral notes and shades of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberry. The oak extract gives vanilla and cocoa pleasant notes. This medium-sized Pinot Noir tastes of soft, sweet tannins, a fruity profile and a pronounced acidity. It is a balanced and elegant wine. Natural stabilizing wine; perhaps the presence of sediments .
