Year: 2023
Aging: 100% of the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks as well as third-fill oak barrels. Until stabilization and the final blend, the lees were regularly stirred (bâtonnage).
Tasting Notes: This Pinot Noir of bright red color features a wide variety of floral aromas such as roses and violets, combined with fruit notes of red currants, raspberries, and strawberries. Nuances of mushrooms and minerals emerge alongside delicate vanilla and cocoa notes derived from oak aging. A medium-bodied red wine with soft tannins and fruity accents that lead into a finish of exceptional depth and dimension. Naturally stabilized wine, bottled unfiltered.
Food Pairing: The wine pairs excellently with red meat, game, and fine cuisine.
