Aging: 30% aged for four months in new French and American oak barrels, and 70% stored with its fine sediments in stainless steel tanks to keep the fruit.
Tasting Notes: Still white of greenish yellow color. Outstanding citrus aromas are harmoniously combined with refreshing tropical fruits and mineral scents. Due to the oak fermentation elegant vanilla and white cocoa notes are shown. The mouth feel is pleasant, fruity and with a lively, acidity. It is a balanced and persistent wine of long aftertaste. Naturally stabilized wine, bottled without filtering.
Food pairing: Brie cheese, Trout, Salmon, Camembert cheese.
