Saurus Select Blend Cabernet Franc – Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant Argentine red wine crafted from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grown in the cool climate of Patagonia.
Aging: Partial aging in oak barrels, imparting subtle and refined notes of coconut and mocha.
Tasting Notes: Intense red color with a complex aromatic profile combining dark fruit, spices such as pink peppercorn, subtle herbal notes, and roasted bell pepper. On the palate, it features firm, juicy tannins, good volume, and distinct mineral notes. It feels full-bodied yet approachable, persistent, elegant, and sophisticated.
Food Pairing: Patagonian lamb, asado de tira (short ribs), bife de chorizo (striploin steak).
