Year of birth: 2023
Maturation: 100% of the wine was aged for 8 months (from March 14 to November 29) in new French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. The wood was toasted by cooper at the request of our winemaker for exclusive use by this winery.
Tasting notes: In the glass, the wine displays a deep, rich garnet red color with bright and intense purple reflections. The aroma combines notes of violets and red and black fruits, such as plum, cherry, and blueberry. Fermentation in oak barrels gives the wine a persistent structure in the taste and subtle notes of mocha and white chocolate, making it complex and pleasant to the taste.
The wine is naturally stabilized; sediment may be present.
